Volunteer Application Forms
In December 2023, the Methodist Church significantly reduced the amount of forms required to complete when a volunteer applies for a role in the Methodist Church.
Because many of our volunteers have multiple roles within the church, we have also produced a form to cater for these additional roles.
A job description should be issued with every role and the church or circuit should include all your responsibilities to ensure that 'Boundary Drift' is avoided.
It should be noted that an applicant may be required to have a DBS check and attend Safeguarding or other training.
