Record Keeping

It is important to have correct records regarding the progress of volunteers forms whilst they are being completed and also when completed.  

The person responsible in a church for collating the volunteers safer recruiting forms should complete the Volunteer Record Sheet.
When all the paperwork is complete, it should all be passed to the Circuit Administrator for safe keeping.  

A Church Record Sheet should also keep their own record of each role of the individual volunteer. It will be required as a reference in the future, especially if the role falls under the 6 year rule of the Methodist Church or when/if a volunteer changes voluntary roles.

Forms are WORD documents so can be downloaded and printed or saved and typed into as required.
